Celebration Real Estate & Homes

Storybook streets, front porches and a walkable town center minutes from the parks.

Celebration

Celebration was master-planned from day one around a simple idea: neighborhoods should feel like neighborhoods. Picket fences, deep front porches, tree-lined streets and a lakefront town center with restaurants and shops give it a character you can't replicate — and seasonal traditions that bring the whole community downtown.

Homes range from condos and townhomes near the town center to estate homes on golf and preserve lots. Because the look and feel are protected by strong community standards, Celebration holds its charm — and its appeal — year after year.

FAQs

Celebration questions, answered.

Is Celebration part of Disney?

Celebration was originally developed by Disney but is an independent, unincorporated community in Osceola County today. The design legacy remains — the mouse does not run the HOA.

What are the HOA fees like?

Celebration has community-wide assessments plus condo or village fees depending on the property. They fund the pools, parks, trails and standards that keep the town pristine — budget for them, and ask Xiomara for current amounts on any specific home.

Can I rent my Celebration home short-term?

Short-term rentals are heavily restricted in most of Celebration. If rental income is part of your plan, talk with Xiomara first about which property types allow what.

Is the town center really walkable?

Yes — most villages connect by trail or sidewalk to the lakefront town center, and many residents bike or walk for dinner and events.

What makes Celebration homes hold value?

Scarcity and standards. The architectural controls, mature landscaping and unmatched setting mean inventory is limited and demand stays consistent.
