1. Informational Purposes Only

The Site provides general real estate information for Central and South Florida. Content is provided in good faith but without warranties of any kind. Market conditions change quickly; information may be outdated or incomplete, and nothing on the Site is a substitute for individualized professional advice.

2. Estimates and Calculators Are Not Appraisals or Advice

Tools on the Site — including the mortgage payment calculator and the instant home-value estimate — produce approximate figures from general assumptions and typical area averages. They are planning aids only. They are not appraisals, comparative market analyses, loan offers, or financial, legal, or tax advice, and they must not be relied on for any transaction decision. Always confirm current figures with Xiomara and, where appropriate, a licensed lender, appraiser, attorney, or tax professional.

3. AI Assistant (“Mr. T”)

The Site offers an automated AI chat assistant. It is not a human being and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Its responses are general information, not professional advice, and do not create any client or agency relationship. Conversations are processed by a third-party AI service provider, and contact details you share in chat are forwarded to Xiomara so she can follow up. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in the chat.

4. No Agency Relationship

Using the Site, the chat, or any form does not create a brokerage, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Such a relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints

The Site’s content, design, and branding are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or republished without written consent. Trademarks, including the Renaissance Realty Network crest, belong to their respective owners. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, contact us at 305-510-4964 or through the Contact page with the material identified, its location on the Site, and your contact information, and we will review and respond promptly.

6. Third-Party Links and Services
